Atirus shopping and Business Center is located at the centre of Buyukcekmece facing the E-5 Highway, includes 90 shops at various dimensions, a “fast food” court, 63 offices, a hypermarket of 1.800 m2, As well as 8 movie theatres, a bowling hall, children playgrounds, panoramic restaurants and a parking lot for 700 vehicles.

The works included at a 5.600 kVA installed power, the laying of 650 m. medium-voltage underground cables for the energy supply, 18 medium-voltage cells (a distribution centre with  an internal transformer and 14  cells were established upon request of Tedaş and delivered to Tedaş).

2x2000 + 1600 kVA dry-type transformers, 3x1650 kVA diesel-generator emergency power groups, 2x40 kVA UPS-Groups, all low voltage distribution systems, low-voltage main and auxiliary distribution, MCC and building automation system panel board , Lighting and socket equipment, Lighting of the surroundings and of the façade, cable trays, grounding, faraday-cage lightning protection system, infrastructural cabling, telephone switchboards and telephone sets, energy automation and energy invoicing systems, Lighting automation systems, CCTV (80 Cameras), fire alarm system, widespread broadcast and emergency announcing system, card-controlled access, car parking payment and control system, building automation, satellite antenna TV as well as special sound and light systems were delivered in working condition, following the full training of the personnel, with the completed material supply and assembly and the taking into operation of all systems.
