The building owned by Demsa in 2 blocks of a II. Degree Historical Art Object, was restored according to its original state and converted into the General Directorate Building of Demsa.

The project contained the preparing of the as-built projects for the electrical installations and includes the medium voltage, low voltage and low current systems as well as the supply of materials, their assembly and taking into operation;

The installed power of the building is 400 kVA and the system is entirely supported by an emergency power diesel generator group.

The electrical installation works included as built projects for the electrical installations, AG main, sub distribution panel board , MCC and building automation system panel board , Lighting and socket installations, cable trays, grounding, lightning protection, façade and Outdoor  Lighting, 2x40 kVA UPS, infrastructural cabling, fire detection, public and emergency announcing, CCTV, security and card access control and satellite antenna TV along with the completed material supply and assembly, after the training of the operation personnel and taking into operation of all systems, as delivered by ourselves in a working condition.
