The Ismail Zuhtu Pasha mansion in Altunizade / Istanbul was restored into its original style and converted to the general directorate building of the Swiss Life Insurance Inc. The upper floors of the building after the entrance floor were used as entrances, VIP-Offices and meeting rooms and solutions were applied that were quite appropriate with the present historical structure.

The 3 basement floors under the ground floor of the building were laid out as open office areas, a conference hall, technical sections and cafeteria etc. These sections were designed in terms of modern offices.

The installed power at the building is 500 kVA and the system is supported one-to one by an emergency diesel generator group.

The electrical installation works included AG main, sub distribution panelboard , MCC and building automation system panelboard , Lighting and socket installations, cable trays, grounding, lightning protection, facade and environment Lighting, 2x40kVA UPS, infrastructural cabling,(including all active and passive devices), a telephone switchboard usable with a 54/384 analogue / digital / DECT / IP telephone system, fire alarm system, broadcasting and emergency announcing system, CCTV, security and card access, satellite antenna TV, car parking, personnel attendance follow-up, building automation, special light, sound and visual effects were completed by ourselves and were delivered, following the training of the operating personnel, with the completed material supply and assembly and the taking into operation of all systems.
