The hotel construction project by the Buyukhanli contained the preparing of the as-built projects for the electrical installations in medium voltage, low voltage and low current systems, as well as the partly supply of materials, their assembly and taking into operation after the training of operation personnel with all systems in a working condition.

The works include 2x1600 kVA dry-type transformers, 2x1600 kVA diesel-generator emergency power groups, 2x20 kVA UPS Groups, the whole low voltage distribution system,  low-voltage, main and auxiliary distribution, MCC and building automation system panel board , busbar distribution, Lighting and socket equipment, Outdoor  and facade Lighting, cable trays, grounding, lightning protection, energy automation (SCADA), infrastructural cabling, wireless internet access, telephone switchboards and telephone sets, room-internal automation systems , Lighting automation system, CCTV,  fire detection, public and emergency announcing system, card-controlled access, car parking, building automation, satellite antenna TV, interactive TV, LCD-sets, as well as special sound and light systems and the taking into operation of all systems to be delivered in a working condition.
